As a Holistic Wellbeing Coach, I believe we should treat and nurture the whole self. My passion is in supporting, inspiring and empowering my clients to take control of their wellbeing; to live a happier, healthier, balanced and fulfilling life.
I work with my clients in a variety of ways: Monthly online memberships, online wellbeing courses, one-to-one coaching, and in-person and distant Reiki sessions.
Over the years, I have helped my clients achieve amazing results, as they work towards and successfully reach their goals. I have seen so many lives transformed and it is always a privilege to be part of the journey!

Reiki Treatments
Reiki is a safe and wonderful natural universal healing energy, that works on healing, harmonising and balancing the body, mind, emotions and soul.
I offer in-person and distant Reiki healing sessions, so you can choose the way that works best for you.
