Welcome, I am delighted you are here!
My passion is in inspiring and supporting others. I have had the privilege to work with many people over the years, to help them create a better sense of wellbeing and empower them as they take steps to transform their lives. It has given me great pleasure to see so many positive steps towards successful goals.
I work with the understanding that the mind, body and soul are interconnected. As a Holistic Wellbeing Coach I support my clients to focus on, and treat, the whole self. Some people find that in focusing on one area, such as improving sleep, everything else falls into place. Others may have to work on several areas to achieve the results they are seeking. However, my experience has taught me that wellbeing is a journey, not a destination. No matter how you go about it, you should focus and work on your wellbeing consistently, to enable you to get the best out of life, throughout life.
Prioritising and placing an emphasis on wellbeing is fundamental to all other areas of your life. In focusing on your health and how you feel physically and mentally, you place yourself in the optimal position to achieve all you desire. Feeling healthy and happy allows you to be the best possible version of yourself.
I absolutely believe it is possible to heal and live a fulfilling life. This doesn’t always mean you reach a point of becoming cured of physical and mental conditions. Sometimes, this isn’t possible. What it does mean is through healing and reaching a better place, you can better manage your health and wellbeing to enable you to feel good and live your best life.
As someone who lives with chronic illness – fibromyalgia and endometriosis – it allows me to truly understand and empathise deeply with those who are seeking to heal their whole self in order to reach a place of improved physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

My own healing journey is ongoing. Although I have reached a much better place, sometimes the symptoms I live with continue to be a challenge. Over the years, I have suffered with terrible and debilitating symptoms, such as persistent pain, chronic fatigue and sleep deprivation.
During a particularly difficult period, I had a young family and a career within the NHS, and I didn’t often put my own needs first. With a lack of focus on my wellbeing, it only made what I was experiencing worse.
However, by learning and applying holistic approaches to my own wellbeing, and practicing them each day, I have managed to create a huge positive shift in my life. This has made a real difference, not only to myself but my loved ones too. It has truly been life changing.
My experiences have taught me how vital our wellbeing really is and the impact it has on our lives.
This is why I am so passionate about helping women prioritise their wellbeing too, because I have been there and I know how it is to live this way and it is not good. Whether you live with chronic illness or not, whether you have a family or not, whether you have a demanding career or not, whether you are being pulled in all directions or not; if you don’t put your own needs first this really can have a detrimental effect on your health and wellbeing.
Knowing the real difference self-care, self-love and self-compassion can make in building a life of balance and inner peace, I now help women transform their lives, in the same way I have transformed mine. It may only take a small change in your life to make that difference. But what is most important is that your wellbeing and your own needs should always come first.
