How to Practice The Law of Attraction

You are the creator of your own life and it is very possible to manifest your dreams, desires and goals. Once you begin to change your thoughts and perceptions, you will notice a shift in your reality too.

The Law of Attraction is the universal law which is based on the principal that what we think about we attract. If we think positive thoughts, we attract good into our lives. If we think negative thoughts, we attract negativity.

Here are some ways you can raise your vibration and practice the Law of Attraction to help attract ideas, inspiration, people and signs into your life:

Keep a journal

Using a journal to regularly brainstorm to create goals and action plans with target dates, will help inspire you with new ideas. Writing your goals down makes them real and reviewing them regularly can help to keep you on track as you work towards them.

Believe in your abilities to reach your goals

Now is the time to let go of all previous beliefs about yourself and your abilities to manifest into your life all you desire. Surround yourself with people who also believe in you and will support you along the way. Find a mentor if you can. Having someone who completely believes in you and motivates you, can have a huge positive effect on your life.

Practice gratitude

If you are coming from a place of lack, it can be very difficult to be grateful for all in your life at this present time. However, practicing gratitude for what you do have is a good exercise for raising your vibration in order to attract what you do want. Do this daily by following my gratitude guide.

Keep focused on your end result

Staying focused on your goal is another fantastic way to raise your vibration. Take your focus away from the lack of that goal being part of your life at this present time and don’t fret over how you will get there. As you remain focused and take action to achieve your goal, so is the Universe working for you to bring you into alignment with your end result, in a way that is with the least resistance.

Accept that setbacks could actually be placing you in the right direction

When we are seemingly knocked-back on our path to our goal, this may in fact be a way of placing us on a new path that will get us to our goal in a different way. Despite it feeling like a setback, view it as an opportunity to remain focused on your end result.

Keep learning

Every day is a new opportunity to learn, take action and remain focused. Regularly watch videos about manifesting and the Law of Attraction. Listen to podcasts, follow the Law of Attraction teachers on social media and make this part of your routine. This will help keep your vibration raised.

Visualise your goal

You can visualise your end result in two ways; by creating a vision board and by using creative visualisation. Create big goals, design a vision board that includes everything you wish to manifest. Place it somewhere you will see it on a daily basis. Take time to really look at your vision board and know you are going to achieve what you have placed on it. Use creative visualisation every day. Imagine your end result, see yourself living that life, in that place with all you wish to manifest.

By taking these steps to practice the Law of Attraction, they can support you to remain focused and successfully come into alignment with your desired goals.
