What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction works on the belief that everything within our universe is energetically connected. Whether you name it Source, The Creator, The Universe, God or Divine, there is a source energy that works within our universe and we are all connected to it.
When you practice the Law of Attraction, you are calling upon this source energy that you are connected to, to help manifest into your life, your dreams, your desires and your goals.
How does the Law of Attraction work?
Based on the principle that everything in the universe is energy, including us and our thoughts, we can attract to us what we believe, what we say and what we think.
Like attracts like, if you have positive thoughts, these thoughts are of a higher vibrational frequency. Similarly, if you have negative thoughts and beliefs, these are of a lower vibrational frequency and you could attract people, events or things that you don’t want in your life.
By raising your vibration, you can attract to you all you wish for in your life. Whether this is a new partner, a new home, a new job, increased income or better health and wellbeing, by raising your vibration and practicing the Law of Attraction, you could manifest into your life exactly what you wish.
How do you raise your vibration?
You can raise your vibration by beginning with changing your thoughts and beliefs. This may take some work, especially if you feel stuck in certain areas of your life. The more you practice positive thoughts, and the more you believe you can achieve your desired goals, the higher you raise your vibration to come into alignment with your desires.
Take time to note the words you use as you speak and think. Are they negative words? Do they reinforce the lack of your goals? Are they supporting your beliefs in whether you can reach your goals or not?
When you notice your thoughts, beliefs and words going in a negative direction, think how else you could say the same thing but from a positive angle. Practicing daily positive affirmations can help you with this.
What happens when you attract what you don’t want?
Sometimes it’s difficult to see the good in situations when things never seem to go our way. As an example, if your dominant thoughts are about a lower salary than you would like, you may be experiencing a struggle to pay your bills each month. This could be because your thoughts are of a lower vibrational frequency and you are possibly in the cycle of attracting more financial lack through your thoughts of wanting or needing more income.
To change this, your thought process should shift from the lack of money, to one of welcoming and receiving any form of legal money into your life.
